Really we felt the deference with Emil! He is very knowledgeable about all aspect of real estate. His marketing strategy for listing and selling our home was above what we had been expecting and he was extremely successful in selling our home. He Pre qualified all buyers before we respond to them and he took extra time to explain every step of the transaction to us to ensure we fully understood everything that was being done. He was quick to respond to e-mails, phone calls, and text messages, was willing to meet with us in person virtually any time, and was always early to in-person meetings.
